1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration

A valid account is required to access all services on the 7win platform.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account.
• Your account username and password must not be shared with any third party.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change, you must notify the 7win support team immediately. Providing incorrect information may result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

7win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violation, without prior notice.

3. Age Verification & Identity

All services on the 7win platform are intended for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be required to verify your account.
• Completing identity verification before the withdrawal process is mandatory.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Providing false identity information will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

3.2 Use of Third-Party Accounts

Using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. All financial transactions must be completed through the account holder's own payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the 7win platform are secure and fast. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank Bangladesh).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• For deposits delayed due to technical issues, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates will apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7win offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from a single mobile number, device, or IP address.
• Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• 7win reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Wagering Terms

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳12,000 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Wagering Calculation

• Most slot games contribute fully at 100% toward wagering calculations.
• The contribution rate for live casino games may vary — the specific rate is stated on the promotions page.
• Certain games or bets may be excluded from wagering.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit per round may apply while a bonus balance is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

7. Gaming Rules

All gaming activities at 7win are governed by the following rules.

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on the 7win platform are operated through certified software providers, and fair outcomes are ensured using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 7win does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

7.2 Technical Issues

• If a game is interrupted due to a connection issue, the result will be determined from the game history.
• 7win is not obligated to pay any bonus or winnings announced as a result of a technical error.
• In case of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's log will be considered the final evidence.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. Odds cannot be changed after a bet is confirmed. If a match is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7win platform and, if detected, may result in immediate account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or altered identity information.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Hacking, scraping, or using unauthorized software.
• Collusive betting or collusion (conspiring with other players).
• Intentional exploitation of any bug or error in the game system.
• Gaming on behalf of or in place of a minor.

7win reserves the right to investigate any account and to forfeit the balance if prohibited activity is detected.

9. VIP & Loyalty Program

7win's loyalty program has five tiers — the weekly cashback benefit increases progressively at each tier.

9.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

9.2 Tier Changes

VIP tier changes are based on gaming activity and platform engagement. More gaming activity is required to reach higher tiers. Extended inactivity may result in a tier reduction.

9.3 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for each week and paid out the following week. There are no wagering requirements on cashback and it is directly withdrawable.

10. Responsible Gaming

7win places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity and one should always play within their own means.

10.1 Self-Control Tools

• Setting deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits can be set.

12.1 Maximum Liability

In any circumstance, 7win's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, first contact the 7win support team. Our team will respond to your complaint within 48 hours. If a direct resolution is not reached, a designated alternative dispute resolution process will be followed.
